Helping people who are already helping themselves.
Helping people who are already helping themselves.
All The Way Up's mission is to help people who are helping themselves get back on their feet. We accomplish this by finding work for those early in recovery, and teaching them the skills required to maintain employment. Contact us to learn more.
Our program focuses on those who are already sober, working an active recovery program, and ready to strengthen their work ethic. All The Way Up assists with life skills, safe housing, uniform acquisition, transportation, and peer support.
All The Way Up was founded by Emily Sadler, owner and chief operator of ETC., a nation-wide staffing company. Her passion for people putting their lives together after hardship is inspired by her own experience overcoming past addiction. As a single mom who was striving to get sober while struggling with mental health issues, she is a walking example of what's possible with a little hope, grace, and kindness.
What I have found with grassroots non-profits is they all start with someone’s broken heart. All The Way Up started with mine.
I just can’t take watching people who are honestly trying to get better slip through the cracks. Our goal is to give resources to those who are doing everything they can to get back on their feet. After receiving help and gaining stability, we teach our clients to pay it forward and help others turn their lives around, too.
Millions of people suffer from addiction and mental illness. If you or some you love has been affected by these hardships, please show your support by donating to one of our programs.
With Love,
Emily
Your support helps us help others one person at a time. Thank you for believing in us so we can believe in them.
